Arbitrum's ARB token is trading near $0.1634 after a modest 24-hour gain of 1.65%, but the recovery is facing scrutiny as trading volume dropped 35.72% over the same period. The token briefly climbed from around $0.161 to above $0.165 before pulling back, leaving the $0.163 zone as the nearest visible support.
The broader technical picture remains uncertain. After rallying from summer lows around $0.07–$0.09 to roughly $0.25, ARB has printed lower highs and lower lows. Analyst Nology described the move as an unfinished ABC correction on the four-hour chart, noting that another downward leg could still unfold before the correction completes. A rebound toward $0.17–$0.18 may occur, but that area could attract sellers if the bearish wave count remains intact.
Key levels are now in focus: a sustained break below $0.163 could expose $0.162 and $0.161, while the $0.15–$0.14 region is seen as important support. A deeper move through that band would bring the $0.115 level into view. On the upside, buyers need to reclaim $0.164, with $0.165–$0.166 as the next visible resistance.
Derivatives data shows Binance leading ARB futures activity with $40.29 million in open interest, followed by Bybit at $25.80 million, Gate at $23.88 million and MEXC at $21.85 million. Binance also led futures volume at $31.33 million, while BingX, OKX and Bybit recorded $17.98 million, $13.31 million and $8.94 million respectively. Trade counts were similarly concentrated on Binance at around 326,830 contracts. The data does not indicate whether traders are positioned long or short.
For now, the token is caught between a short-term bounce and a larger corrective structure. Traders are watching whether ARB can hold support and recover above $0.18, which would challenge the bearish wave count, or whether declining participation leads to a retest of lower levels.
