Bitget Opens Anthropic Pre-IPO Subscriptions with rANT Tokens

Key takeaways:

  • Tokenized Anthropic exposure broadens crypto-AI trading but carries unapproved valuation and counterparty risks.
  • High VIP fees and non-shareholder rANT tokens may deter cautious investors despite low $100 entry.
  • Watch USDT subscription demand and listing-day liquidity as signals of speculative appetite for crypto-AI pre-IPOs.

Bitget has expanded its IPO Prime platform with tokenized pre-IPO exposure to Anthropic, the artificial intelligence company preparing for a Nasdaq listing under the ticker ANT.

The Seychelles-based exchange announced on November 3 that eligible users can subscribe from as little as $100, with successful participants receiving rANT tokens tied to Anthropic’s future shares rather than direct stock. The offering follows Anthropic’s initial SEC registration on October 26 and an amended filing on November 2, although the final share price and listing date remain undecided. Bitget’s subscription page estimates an offering price of $103 per share and a valuation of $1.75 trillion, but those figures are not approved by Anthropic or its underwriters.

Bitget is running two subscription rounds. The VIP round opens November 5 at 08:00 UTC and closes November 9, allowing eligible VIP1–VIP7 users to commit between $100 and $3 million, with a combined ceiling of $1 billion and a 12% underwriting service fee. The public round begins November 10, with individual commitments from $100 to $25,000 and a combined ceiling of $200 million, carrying a 5% fee. Both rounds accept USDT and USDGO. Allocations depend on available shares and the proportion of total subscriptions; unallocated commitments are refunded, and subscriptions cannot be canceled once submitted.

rANT tokens do not provide shareholder rights. Bitget says allocated underlying shares remain with brokerage and custody partners, while digital tokens reach eligible customers through exchange accounts. Holding rANT is not equivalent to directly holding Anthropic shares, and Anthropic has not authorized, sponsored or endorsed the token offering. U.S. residents and users in other restricted jurisdictions cannot participate.

The launch follows similar products: Bitget previously featured SpaceX and OpenAI on IPO Prime, while Entropy, Polymarket, OKX and Binance Wallet have introduced Anthropic-linked derivatives or tokenized pre-IPO access, though their ownership structures and legal arrangements differ. Bitget expects public-round tokens to arrive two to three hours before regular U.S. trading on listing day, with VIP allocations expected three to five business days after the IPO.
