XRP has staged a dramatic recovery, surging more than 50% from last week’s sub-$1 levels as whale accumulation and improving U.S. regulatory sentiment add bullish momentum. CoinMarketCap data shows XRP trading around $1.51, up 11.42% over 24 hours, after reaching as high as $1.70 during the rally. The token traded as low as $0.9882 last week, meaning a gain of roughly 53% in less than a week.
Whales accumulated over 300 million XRP worth about $510 million in just 96 hours. Analysts note that holding $1.50 could clear the path toward $1.80 and the key $2 target. In the latest session, XRP broke above the $1.50 resistance that had blocked price for days, climbing to $1.5024 after a 4.40% gain. Trading volume was solid at 41.11 million XRP, with the first support at $1.4343, followed by $1.30 and $1.10. On the upside, the next levels are $1.60, $1.70 and $1.90, though stretched RSI and bearish divergence suggest a pullback or consolidation may occur before another push higher.
Regulatory catalysts are also supporting sentiment. Ripple reportedly spent about $150 million fighting the SEC, and now CEO Brad Garlinghouse sits on the CFTC Innovation Advisory Committee, helping discuss next-generation U.S. financial rules. The committee includes Nasdaq, CME Group, Cboe, NYSE and DTCC alongside crypto companies, a shift that the market sees as reducing uncertainty and boosting confidence in XRP.
