Shiba Inu has moved back above a key support cluster between $0.00000500 and $0.00000507, but the token's recovery remains uncertain as conflicting exchange-flow data and weak momentum prevent a confirmed bullish breakout. SHIB gained roughly 3% over 24 hours to trade near $0.00000535, according to CoinMarketCap, after reclaiming several moving averages that now form a primary defensive zone for buyers. A rising trendline from the August bottom adds to that support, yet repeated selling near $0.00000540 has capped advances, while the long-term moving average around $0.00000568 remains the main resistance before any retest of August’s $0.00000620 peak.
Derivatives and spot flows are not yet confirming bullish conviction. Coinglass data showed about $271,000 in negative net spot flows over eight hours and roughly $210,000 in four-hour outflows, but these withdrawals are small relative to SHIB’s approximately $3.16 billion market capitalization. Futures data also pointed to limited liquidation activity, with about $112,000 in liquidations over 24 hours. In a separate update, the seven-day average exchange outflow rose 121.26% to about 579 million SHIB, which initially appeared supportive. However, the seven-day average exchange inflow jumped 182.3% to roughly 1.68 billion SHIB, leaving total exchange netflow positive at around 86.53 billion SHIB. Exchange reserves increased by 0.1% to about 87.29 trillion SHIB, indicating that sell-side liquidity remains ample.
Technically, the key level is $0.00000500. SHIB has declined nearly 4% on the daily candle toward $0.00000520, and the daily RSI has slipped to around 53.7, showing fading bullish momentum without reaching oversold conditions. If buyers defend $0.00000500, the recovery structure remains intact for another attempt at $0.00000540–$0.00000568. A breakdown would expose support near $0.00000480 and then the larger August support zone around $0.00000440. Overall, SHIB remains in a recovery phase, but stronger volume and sustained momentum are needed before a more durable uptrend can emerge.
