Strive has significantly expanded its Bitcoin treasury, acquiring an additional 6,182 BTC and bringing total holdings to 43,000 BTC. The purchases were made between October 17 and October 23 at an average price of approximately $82,732 per Bitcoin, according to data highlighted by Bitcoin Treasuries and Wu Blockchain.
With the latest acquisition, Strive's holdings have risen more than 470% year to date. The company now ranks fourth among public Bitcoin treasury holders, behind Strategy, Metaplanet and Twenty One Capital. The new purchase also places Strive ahead of MARA Holdings, which holds about 35,577 BTC.
The company has been using equity and preferred-stock financing to build its Bitcoin position. Earlier in October, Strive launched SATS, a perpetual preferred stock product, and initiated a $1 billion at-the-market (ATM) program for SATS. Proceeds from the ATM may be used for corporate purposes, including additional Bitcoin purchases.
Strive's rapid expansion in 2026 also followed its acquisition of Semler Scientific, a deal that brought thousands of additional Bitcoin onto the combined balance sheet. The move underscores how corporate Bitcoin accumulation is spreading beyond Strategy, as more public companies adopt dedicated capital structures to establish long-term BTC treasuries.
