Ripple said Wednesday it expects to exit 2026 with an annualized product revenue run rate of $900 million, citing growth across payments, custody, stablecoin, prime brokerage, and treasury operations. The company said the number of customers and partners using multiple Ripple products tripled during the year, while its payments network is on track to approach $150 billion in lifetime volume by year-end and its RLUSD stablecoin has reached a $2.6 billion market capitalization.
Chief Executive Brad Garlinghouse pointed to a structural shift in financial infrastructure. 'As traditional and digital finance converge, market infrastructure is migrating to modern rails,' Garlinghouse said. 'Settlement is moving to real-time, 24/7, and tokenized assets can be traded, financed and used as collateral.'
Ripple also received final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish a national trust bank and expanded its partnership with BNY on tokenized trade finance using the XRP Ledger. In separate institutional moves, Aviva Investors launched a tokenized share class of its £22 billion sterling liquidity fund on XRPL with a £50 million ($66.7 million) allocation, and Brevan Howard expanded its relationship with Ripple to include prime brokerage, clearing, and financing. Ripple Prime added swaps referencing more than 100 markets with 24/7 trading and settlement, allowing institutional clients to use RLUSD as collateral.
The company also pushed into college sports marketing through sponsorships with the Kansas Jayhawks, Florida Gators, and the University of Louisville, which Ripple described as the first time a major college sports program featured cryptocurrency on jerseys.
Despite the operational expansion, XRP remains down nearly 30% this year with an $83 billion market capitalization. Spot XRP exchange-traded funds have seen increased volumes in recent months, though they remain far smaller than BTC, ETH, and SOL ETF counterparts, with total net assets of about $1.5 billion as of Oct. 26.
